Registration & Age Groups
2024 Fall Season
Registration for the Fall 2024 season is now open via USA Rugby's new portal - Rugby Xplorer (which is actually an Australian website, but we shall try not to hold that against them!).
NOTE: Our club is called "Parker Wolfhounds Rugby"
Its a little bit of an extended process, and I would urge you to download and read the instructions above BEFORE you go ahead and start!!!
Registration includes a club t-shirt (for casual/practice) and stylish bumper sticker!
Notes from Coach Colin:
A) Although we do not have a U8 Flag team, 6 & 7 year olds should be able to register in U8s Rookie (Flag)... and its cheaper!! Please understand though they would then play on the U10 tackle team together with 8 & 9 year olds.
B) The combined registration fee for this season is $224 for U10s-U15s (less for U8s.. $170 I think) ... of which we as a club get $70 - the rest goes to the National and State organizations, plus there is the inevitable credit card fee! [you will see the exact breakdown on the payment screen]
Age Groups
The official age for participation is determined on May 1 of the year of play. For example, if a player is 11 on May 1 and turns 12 on May 2, they are eligible to play with U12 that season. Additionally, Rugby Colorado adheres to a weight chart system to place Boys Middle School players.
Groups (as listed on the registration). U15 Boys is further divided by weight.

ages 5/6/7 by May 1st
2024 Spring CoEd U10 (Tackle)
ages 8/9 by May 1st
2024 Spring CoEd U12 (Tackle),
ages 10/11 by May 1st
2024 Spring Girls U15 (*updated May 2022)
Eligibility - Grade 6/7/8 A player must be currently enrolled in middle school (grade 6/7/8) as of the start of the TRY season the player is taking part in. e.g. For the Spring Season (April/May/June), all players must be in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade upon the first scheduled game of that season (May for Spring and Sep for Fall). Please also see the waiver section below.

Eligibility - Grade 6/7/8 A player must be currently enrolled in middle school (grade 6/7/8) as of the start of the TRY season the player is taking part in. e.g. For the Spring Season (April/May/June), all players must be in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade upon the first scheduled game of that season (May for Spring and Sep for Fall). Divisions: TRY Middle School Boys is comprised of two divisions - 6th/7th and 7th/8th.
- Light: 6th/7th Grade Division is ALL 6th graders regardless of weight AND 7th graders that are under 140 pounds
- Open: 7th/8th Grade Division is ALL 8th graders regardless of weight AND 7th graders that are over 140 pounds
